If we consider and interpret the 11 principles in line with these ML ideas, some of the 11 principles are the strategic principles that are valid in the process of the DEMOCRATIC PEOPLE’S REVOLUTION. Some of these are the principles that are valid until the upper stage of COMMUNISM, which is non-exploitation and classless, in the post-DHD period. The principles that are valid until the upper stage of communism are as follows:
1- Party organization is essential in organization, other organizations are secondary.
2- Armed struggle organizations are essential in other organizations.
3- Trusting our own forces is essential, relying on allies.
In these principles, they continue their existence in SOCIALISM, as in the DHD process, without changing the main and secondary aspects. However, the formation of these principles during the DHD process or the period of Socialism will be different from each other. For example, with the principle of “Party organization is essential” and universally being the most basic organization among organizations in bourgeois states where all bourgeois dictatorships are dominant in the world, while the formation of the core of the party or the organization of the party in these countries is ILLAGAL, the DEMOCRATIC PEOPLE’S DICTATORSHIP and PROLETARIAN DICTATOR’S In the countries where it dominates, its organization is LEĞAL, although the Party organization is essential.
LENİN yoldaş vb. Marksistlerinde belirttiği gibi, Parti; KOMÜNİST ‘lerin tam KOMÜNİZME ulaşmaları için kullanmaları gereken en temel ve vazgeçilmez bir araçtır.
Aynı şekilde ORDU örgütlenmesi de diğer örgütlenmeler içerisinde esaslısını DEVRİM öncesi ve sonrası dönemlerde varlığını sürdürecektir. Devrimin öncesi ve sonrası dönemde HALK ORDUSU ‘nun önemini belirten MAO ZEDUNG yoldaş da aynen şöyle diyor:
“ Ordu devletindir. Bu tamamiyle doğrudur. Ve yeryüzünde devlete ait olmayan bir ordu yoktur.
ÇİN için kabul edilecek biricik devlet şekli YENİ DEMOKRATİK bir DEVLET ‘tir, ve ÇİN bu taban üzerine yeni Demokratik bir koalisyon hükümeti kurmalıdır. Çünkü bütün silahlı kuvvetleri, böyle bir devletin böyle bir hükümetine ait olmalıdırlar, Halkın özgürlüğünü koruyabilsinler ve yabancı saldırganlara karşı etkili bir şekilde dövüşebilsinler.” (Askeri Yazıları sayfa 371)
Ve ayrıca şöyle der MAO ZEDUNG yoldaş
“ÇİN halkının ordusunu yaratmak için mücadele etmek bütün ulusun görevidir. BİR HALKIN ORDUSU YOKSA HİÇBİR ŞEYİ YOKTUR. ( age. sf. 372.)
Görüldüğü gibi yukarıda açıkladığım doğru düşünceden de anlaşıldığı gibi MAO yoldaş devrim öncesi ve sonrası dönemde de ordunun varolacağım, ordunun devrim öncesi dönemde silahlı mücadele içinde yaratılacağını ve DHD’ni gerçekleştirmenin vazgeçilmez temel örgütlenmelerden biri olacağını aynı şekilde devrim sonrası dönem de de halk diktatörlüklerini ve proletarya diktatörlüklerini sürdürmenin ve halkın özgürlüğünü ve iç ve dış düşmanlara karşı sürdürmenin temel örgütlenmelerinden bir olarak vurguluyor.
